Locations: Primary or Secondary Schools in Czechia, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, and Spain

Duration: From 8 weeks to one year (shorter internships are also possible)

Funding: Through Erasmus Mobility Traineeships or Study Mobility

The school year 2026/27 in the Czech Republic runs from 1 September 2026. Schools are closed on 29 and 30 October 2026, from 23 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 (Christmas break), on 29 January 2027, and from 1 to 7 February 2027 (Spring break). The best time to apply for primary and secondary schools (in 2026/2027) is from May to September 2026, depending on when you would like to do your internship. Accommodation at the University of South Bohemia dormitories can be arranged upon prior agreement with the local coordinator.

  • Most students graduate with successful C1-level English exams, so high proficiency is essential
