One thing I found most inspiring is the thought that when people share a workload and help one another they can achieve a lot. Much as cliched this statement might seem, this ISP provided me with a lot of tangible evidence. Thanks!

One particular thing I found most inspiring was/is sharing the new perspectives and ideas on how to teach with people from different countries and reflecting it.
